I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hostel! the complementary breakfast and hot cocoa was a sweet and cozy touch. the location was spot on, just a quick walk away from the metro and all the best local shops and bars. I also enjoyed the yoga classes they provided which were the perfect way to start off my mornings.
The bathrooms were a bit confusing to navigate and some guests ended up using the wrong ones. It would also be helpful if they clearly stated on their website that towels are not included, as it came as a surprise during check-in.

The hostel is centrally located, just a quick walk to the National Museum and with easy access to public transportation. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big double panel windows. the staff is extremely polite and helpful, ensuring an enjoyable stay. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. there is a recreational area in the basement with a pinball machine and a foosball table.
One downside is that the shower cubicles do not have a separate dry area for putting on or changing clothes, and the hooks are located outside the cubicles.

The room we stayed in was quite comfortable and clean overall. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep. The availability of room service was a helpful addition. , the view from the window was terrific, and we could see much of the locality from there. It was convenient to reach the nearest tram station at a walking distance from the hotel, which made our travel around the town much more accessible.
We were quite disappointed by the lack of housekeeping services since the room wasn't cleaned daily. the room's heating system was inadequate, and we had to request an additional heater to keep it warm.

The beds were comfy and the storage space for luggage was large. the toilets and showers were nice and clean. the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to lend a hand.
The bunk beds were too close together and wobbly, causing them to knock together when anyone moved. the signage for the bathrooms was not clear enough, as there were men in the women's bathrooms.

The hotel offered great value for the price we paid. The rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major sights.
The bunk beds were not designed well and made loud noises when people turned over, causing a disturbance during the night. The noise from the main street outside the hotel was also quite bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
